Weekend winter wonders

Despite wet, dull and dismal weather with occasional sun I ventured out with the D3s and the superb 24-120 f4 lens.

I was out and about near Gloucester on Saturday and today I was near Cirencester, there are still some wonderful colours around so I wanted to capture those before they fall.

Gloucester - an outing with the Olympus EPL5+20mm f1.7

I have been feeling guilty for not taking the Olympus EPL5 out for a while so set myself a challenge to get some usable street shots -  I matched it with the brilliant Panasonic 20mm F1.7 lens.

Below are the images I am happiest with - great small combo that is perfect for street work!

To the woods

I went to see Rob yesterday and we grabbed his friend Bob who has just purchased the Nikon DF (nice camera) and headed off to the local woods to grab some images.

I took just the D3s and the 24-120 and set to auto iso, very happy with the quality and images below are between 200 - 3200ISO.
