The Lakes

Out again today with the Fuji X-Pro2 and just the 55-200mm lens, a great all purpose combination that is fast and razor sharp.

I spent some time at the lakes and grabbed a couple of shots of people enjoying themselves then some images of natures gifts.

Long Meadow

I met up with Rob this afternoon at Long Meadow in Cricklade, Wilts.

This is an open pasture owned by the public and a real mix of wild flowers to include the protected Snakeshead Fritillary.

I managed to grab a few images with the X-pro2 + 55-200 - stunning weather added to the beauty of the meadow and it is a popular place for walkers to enjoy this lovely unpolluted environment.

Gloucester

I was in Gloucester today with Rob  - I took just the X100s as it forces me to think and move rather than rely on a zoom or assortment of lenses.

Weston-Super-Mare

We went to Weston today for a day out, the weather was stunning and a real summers day.

Quite a few visitors but a great day in warm sunshine.
