We had a cycle race through town last night so I popped over with the XPro2 + 16-55mm and grabbed some images.
I wanted to shoot some sharp and some blurred images to create a sense of movement and abstract mixed with clear and the camera performed as hoped.
I worked for the US Government in West Berlin for 11yrs as a Photojournalist, I returned home in 1991 and continued in photography until 2001. I hope all who visit this site enjoy the photographs and appreciate what can be achieved using various equipment brands and a mix of photos taken with a variety of different sensor sized cameras. I must add that all images on this site are small JPEG so do not reflect the true quality of the original Raw conversions.

Gloucester with the X70
I was out today with the X70 and went to Gloucester, I wanted to shoot some street to convert to B&W ( I used Silver Efex Pro for the conversions) then I went to the docks to grab some images.
Just made it back to the car as the rain came down..............really torrential!

Archies birthday
Our grandson Archie celebrated his second birthday yesterday and we all went to Cotswold Wildlife Park for the day.
It was overcast but clammy and we even had some rain but it did not put us off, lots of walking and the animals were good to see with lots of families with children of all ages.
Archie enjoyed it but he did get tired from all the walking (in his case running) - but a good family day out.
I used the XPro2 + 100-400 for many of the photos and also the X70.
