I took a walk for fresh air and again travelled light with the little RX100.
Walked along the riverside and up to the allotment I often visit in summer to grab some flower / gardeners at work images.
No-one about so grabbed some images of the sheds and other items before heading home and stopping to grab a rainbow images as well as some moody sky sunset images.
Fresh air, changing weather, 4 plus mile walk and some photos I am happy with - what more can I ask for.
I worked for the US Government in West Berlin for 11yrs as a Photojournalist, I returned home in 1991 and continued in photography until 2001. I hope all who visit this site enjoy the photographs and appreciate what can be achieved using various equipment brands and a mix of photos taken with a variety of different sensor sized cameras. I must add that all images on this site are small JPEG so do not reflect the true quality of the original Raw conversions.

Cirencester
I took a walk around town yesterday and spent time in the Abbey grounds as well as around some of the older streets.
Weather was not good and some fine drizzle so I travelled light taking just the tiny Sony RX100 with me.
Managed to grab a few images I am happy with.

Cheltenham and the red bus
We took a trip to Cheltenham yesterday as we had some business to conduct and were able afterwards to enjoy the city centre.
The Christmas market was in full flow on the promenade and included a large red double decker "Bus Bar" that was stunning.
Quite busy and people starting to get into the Christmas spirit.
Well spent afternoon and once again the little RX100 did a good job.

Water, light and wildlife.
I decided to travel light yesterday and took just the Sony RX100 with me.
I was not sure where to go and decided on calling in at the locale "Outdoor Education Centre" by the local lakes and see what photos it offered.
There was a nice sky and coupled with the water, sunlight and then the swans I was able to capture some images I am happy with.
There is no doubt about the ability of this tiny camera to capture and deliver some superb images.

Mist
We had a misty day yesterday so I headed out with the RX100 to grab a few images.
I stopped on my way to the viewpoint and grabbed a few images across some fields as I liked the perspective that was enhanced by the mist, I then headed to the viewpoint and took a walk along the headland to grab a few images.
The mist became so thick it was time to find my way home and review the images.

Lower Moor Reserve
I have been back to the reserve a couple of times lately, not the best weather (wet & windy with low light levels) and the winter arrivals have not appeared yet.
I have been lucky enough to see the otters a couple of times but they have been over the other side of the lake so a challenge to get usable images.
A few fishermen about on the lakes as well.
