The Long one

I thought I had better take the Nikon D810 + Tamron 150-600 out for a run on Sunday as I have not shot with it for a while.

It is huge and very heavy after using the Fuji and it reminded me why I restrict its use to airshows and long distance sports, still it does deliver great image quality but at a price that you realise after using it for a while.

These are some of the images I took.

Drifting

A day at Castle Combe with Rob to watch and grab some photos of the Drifting event, a lot of personal road cars that had been "souped up" as well as some professional drifters.

The weather was perfect and I was able to shoot the whole event on the X-Pro2 + 55-200mm.
