Great Western Sprint

I attended the Great Western Sprint event at Castle Combe yesterday with my good friend and superb photographer Rob; it was a day of speed trials for various categories where all participants had a lap and a half to attain the fastest lap speed possible.

There was a real mix of cars from single seat track cars to saloon cars, and I even managed to grab a couple of photos of the Rally centre also located on site.

It was a stunning day with bright sunshine (a little too bright at times) so perfect for a day at the track.

I took with me and used a mix of lenses all that worked well so all in all a fun day.

Elegant Tea

Had to shoot another photo using cup & saucer for use in magazine and also potential use at Chelsea Flower Show!

Grabbed 4 today and these are the two that Sheila has selected for submission.

Park shots with Archie

I was in the park yesterday and grabbed a couple of nature images before being joined by the family and grandson Archie.

Quick walk before heading back home.

Sunday skies and the tree

Quick trip out on Sunday, windy, rainy but some dramatic skies.

I was determined to grab some shots of the skies and the first one is the fast approaching rain storm, then a B&W version of those clouds and finally looking up at the trees.

Flower Girl

I grabbed a few images of She as she needs one to be selected for a magazine.
