I have also followed up these visits with a trip to Clay Hill and a walk to the lakes where I have seen Heron's and Egret's and yesterday captured a pair of Roe deer so well worth the effort.
I worked for the US Government in West Berlin for 11yrs as a Photojournalist, I returned home in 1991 and continued in photography until 2001. I hope all who visit this site enjoy the photographs and appreciate what can be achieved using various equipment brands and a mix of photos taken with a variety of different sensor sized cameras. I must add that all images on this site are small JPEG so do not reflect the true quality of the original Raw conversions.

Nature at Lower Moor reserve and Clay Hill lakes
I have been out at Lower Moor nature reserve on a couple of occasions recently in the hope of seeing the otters again but no such luck, it has been really quiet lately with just a few photo opportunities.
I have also followed up these visits with a trip to Clay Hill and a walk to the lakes where I have seen Heron's and Egret's and yesterday captured a pair of Roe deer so well worth the effort.
