RIAT departures.

I went to Fairford on Monday to cover the departures of the aircraft attending this years airshow so a busy day with them starting to leave at 0900hrs and going on well into the afternoon.

The weather started overcast but not too dull and it did brighten up as the day went on even though we did have a threat of some rain with a few spots but luckily it came to nothing.

It was an incredibly well attended day and I met some great photographers / attendees including some from overseas so we could talk cameras, lenses and all things photography and planes - superb!
