We had some nice blue skies and sunny weather on Thu and so after meeting up with an ex work colleague for coffee and a catch up, I took advantage of the weather and walked around taking some more photos in town.
I worked for the US Government in West Berlin for 11yrs as a Photojournalist, I returned home in 1991 and continued in photography until 2001. I hope all who visit this site enjoy the photographs and appreciate what can be achieved using various equipment brands and a mix of photos taken with a variety of different sensor sized cameras. I must add that all images on this site are small JPEG so do not reflect the true quality of the original Raw conversions.

Cheltenham
Another trip to Cheltenham on Sunday as Sheila wanted to drop off items at Missy Malone's vintage shop and have a catch up.
I managed to get some time to grab some photos around the city to include a few graffiti images as well as street shots.
I have been using the Nikon DF lately and I am really enjoying it again, the image quality it delivers is superb and when side by side with the A7iii and an equivalent lens there is very little difference in size.

Ciren Antiques Arcade, outdoor market and streets.
I paid a visit to the Cirencester Antiques Arcade recently and they allowed me to take some photos inside the arcade, it is a real Aladdin's cave with hidden rooms and winding staircases - some great displays and a real variety of items so definitely worth a visit.
I then grabbed some photos of the outdoor market and some of the stalls before getting some more images of the local streets.
We are lucky to have such a photogenic town that always good subject matter.
