Our daughter Zea married Paul on Sunday, it was a very special day that brought together family and friends from all over including very special ones from Berlin Germany.
We had our grandson in our room for two nights and he did sleep despite a blocked nose and strange bed but he was always in a great mood and made even the grumpiest person smile - Thank you Zea & Paul for giving us such a bundle of fun and love.
The venue was the "Hare and Hounds" in Westonbirt, a stunning setting and all the staff were incredible and could not have been more friendly or attentive to all of us.
Zea had an official photographer but I was determined to grab a few of my own so took the Fuji X100s along - great camera that delivers despite low light / high ISO (3200 in many cases).
Enough said, here are the images I grabbed.
I worked for the US Government in West Berlin for 11yrs as a Photojournalist, I returned home in 1991 and continued in photography until 2001. I hope all who visit this site enjoy the photographs and appreciate what can be achieved using various equipment brands and a mix of photos taken with a variety of different sensor sized cameras. I must add that all images on this site are small JPEG so do not reflect the true quality of the original Raw conversions.

Sunday shooting
What a lovely day today, 17 degrees so just like a summers day and plenty of sunshine.
I went out again with the superb EM1and grabbed a mixture of abstract and nature shots with a few others thrown in for good measure - a great few hours of photography.
