Angel Festival - Islington 2017

We made our annual pilgrimage to Islington last weekend for the canal festival (year 10 for us) and as usual, Sheila (Lady She) had her regular pitch near the Narrowboat pub.

We had a good journey up and the hotel was great!

We arrived early enough on Saturday to enable us to visit the local area so I managed to venture out with the tiny Fuji X70 for some street photos and again on Sunday to capture some of the festivities - a very well attended festival and it remained dry right up until just after 5 o'clock so we were lucky.

Monaco Beach Photo shoot

Sheila is now the official face of "Monaco Beach UK" swim and beachwear clothing and yesterday we did an official photo shoot to be used for advertising some of the clothing.

We started in the garden before using a local alleyway for some of the other images, all shot on the Nikon D500 + 24-120mm f4 lens and the superb SB700 flash as fill.
