Armistice Day

We attended the Armistice Day ceremony in town on Sunday and both Sheila and I wore our respective military veterans badges and I wore my beret and windproof as a show of respect for those who lost their lives in the two world wars as well as those that I served with who lost their lives on the operational tours we undertook.

I also took a quick photo of some of the participants at the world record 3,300 human poppy record in the market place as well as a couple of photos of the church.

It was a well attended ceremony and a good tribute to all.

iPhone photos of Sheila and myself.
