Time in Prison

I met up with some other photographers I know at Gloucester Prison recently, we all took along models for the shoot and I took along Jane as we wanted to get some photos in this disused historic listed building and also emphasize her tattoos.

The prison was originally built in 1782 and finally decommissioned in 2013, the major cell blocks and a few other original parts are Grade 2 listed so cannot be demolished but are due to be converted to apartments when funds allow.

It was a superb afternoon despite the challenges of very dim areas with no lighting or heating making it a challenge for models wanting to lose some clothes.

All in all it was a superb time and we are all looking forward to our next group photo event.

These are the images from the afternoon.
