Abingdon Air and Country show

We attended the Abingdon Air show on Sunday, it was a great journey over (40min) and as we arrived at 1015hrs we were able to drive straight in without issue.

Hats of to the organisers as they recognised both veterans and pensioners so instead of paying £20 per person we paid £10 per person so well done to the organisers!

It was a smaller show than previous years but compact and well organised with a mix of stalls, displays etc and we were able to get a spot right opposite the flight line so we had a good view of all the aircraft arriving and departing, the only downside is that the flying displays were a little too far away from the flight line but safety comes first.

The weather was kind and not like previous years with extreme haze so despite shooting into the sun ( or where it would be if not for cloud) later on, we could still get some good shots.

All in all a great day and we both really enjoyed it!
